Join the work-sessions of the National Survey on Research Integrity!
In Oct 2020, the National Survey on Research Integrity (NSRI) was launched, a national online questionnaire across all universities and university medical centers in the Netherlands, across all academic ranks and disciplinary fields. This is the largest survey to-date worldwide on research integrity, aiming to determine the prevalence of questionable and responsible research, as well research misbehaviors and the drivers behind these practices.
The NSRI study results are expected to be ready in July. As a next step, the National Research Integrity Network wants to translate these survey findings into implementable action plans that are disciplinary specific, based on feedback from research. For this, they are recruiting researchers across different academic ranks and disciplinary fields to join a work-session on ZOOM for about 3-4 hours in the period Oct 2021 to January 2022. Below the exact dates for each disciplinary field:
Work-session 1 Biomedical Science | 5 October 2021 13.00 – 17.00 |
Work-session 2 Social and Behavorial Science | 28 October 2021 9.00 – 13.00 |
Work-session 3 Natural and Engineering | 9 December 2021 9.00 – 13.00 |
Work-session 4 Arts and Humanities | 25 January 2022 13.00 – 17.00 |
