PostdocNL is the Dutch national platform by postdoctoral researchers for postdoctoral researchers. Postdocs often find themselves in a challenging situation — highly skilled, deeply engaged in research, yet not always visible or structurally supported. PostdocNL aims to change that.

Our mission is to serve and strengthen the postdoctoral community in the Netherlands by promoting visibility, connection, and advocacy. PostdocNL contributes to a positive academic climate by supporting postdocs throughout their careers.
