As the Allrounder, I support the PostdocNL board by taking on a wide range of tasks wherever needed. I assist with communication efforts, help organize events, manage administrative work, contribute to strategic discussions, and step in for other board members when necessary. My role ensures flexibility and continuity in the board’s activities.

Motivation
PostdocNL gives a voice to postdocs, a group often overlooked despite their key role in research. I believe improving their visibility, career prospects, and working conditions is essential. As a board member, I aim to strengthen national dialogue and foster a more connected and empowered postdoc community.
