What we do
The Postdoc Network at the University of Twente is a community run by postdocs for postdocs. We connect postdocs across faculties, provide a platform to share experiences and challenges, and create opportunities for career development, collaboration, and social support.
Our goals
- Representation & voice: Make sure postdocs are visible and heard within UT and beyond.
- Career development: Offer workshops, networking opportunities, and resources to support academic and non-academic career paths.
- Community & support: Build a social and professional network that helps with integration, well-being, and peer-to-peer learning.
Advocacy: Identify structural issues (contracts, housing, partner jobs, mental health, etc.) and work with UT boards and HR to improve
