Motivation
As soon as I started my postdoctoral career, I noticed the invisibility and precarious position of postdocs, despite the fact that we are a large group within academia. This made me determined to represent and advocate for postdocs at the national level. By doing so, I hope to strengthen their voice and position in the Netherlands, particularly in terms of career perspectives, social safety, and recognition & rewards.
