PDMáx is the postdoc association of the Princess Máxima Center, focused on creating an open and supportive community for all postdoctoral researchers. We aim to offer practical guidance for professional development, career growth and leadership skills at every stage. PDMáx encourages collaboration and accessible networking within and beyond the Máxima. We represent postdocs in institutional discussions to ensure their perspectives are included. Through training, mentoring and well-being initiatives, we strive to help postdocs get the MAX out of their careers.
