Policy/political partners
Who we work with
- Trade unions and professional associations: By partnering with unions (AOb, FnV) and sector organizations, we strengthen advocacy on employment conditions and research careers.
- Government and funding bodies: We engage with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science (OCW), the Ministry of Economic Affairs (EZ), the Association of Universities of the Netherlands (UNL), the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW), and the Dutch Science Organization (NWO), to keep postdocs on the agenda.
- International networks: we link to EURAXESS to acknowledge and support the international mobility of researchers.
To give an example of a successful collaboration: we are very proud of our collective work with PNN on improving the representation of early-career researchers and considering their mental health. This collaboration was funded by OCW.
