Motivation
PostdocNL plays an important role in giving postdocs a collective voice in a scientific landscape that can be difficult to navigate. I hope to contribute to increasing the visibility of postdocs themselves, as well as the value they bring to academic institutions and beyond. By strengthening our representation, we can help ensure postdocs are recognized not just as temporary researchers, but as vital contributors to science and society.
