Chair (since January 2025). As the chair, I am responsible for organizing and leading our meetings. I further represent our organization of different events and within different committees and am the contact person for external parties. I further generally oversee our projects and am being available for any other issues or challenges that may arise.

Motivation
We need to improve the working conditions, including supervision and career development for our postdoctoral colleagues and I would like to advocate for this. Further, as postdocs, we often fight for ourselves and building a strong and connected community can amplify our voice and also create a sense of belonging that I would like to be part of.
