Motivation
I joined postdocNL at the start of my second postdoc with the goal of sharing the experience and knowledge I’ve acquired throughout my PhD in the Netherlands and first postdoc in the UK. I’m passionate about supporting fellow postdocs by helping them navigate the challenges I’ve faced myself, and I hope to contribute to a stronger, more connected postdoc community. Additionally, I’m committed to lobbying for the interests of postdocs and early career researchers, ensuring our voices are heard and have been considered.
